What is online fitness coaching?
Online fitness coaching is a personalized fitness program delivered remotely through digital platforms. You receive customized workout programming, nutrition guidance, accountability check-ins, and ongoing support. All coaching is educational only and not medical advice.
How does the coaching process work?
After you apply, we schedule a consultation call to discuss your goals and training background. From there, I build a customized program tailored to you. We complete regular check-ins to evaluate progress and make adjustments. All coaching is custom and non-refundable per the Terms of Service.
