Quin Stott is an American fitness coach and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Quin Stott Fitness, an online coaching brand focused on strength training, physique development, and athletic performance. He previously competed at the Division I collegiate level in football.

Hi, I’m Quin. My athletic background shaped how I approach training—discipline, structure, and long-term consistency. After my competitive career ended, I transitioned into coaching, applying those same principles to help people build strength, improve their physique, and train with purpose.

Over the years, I’ve helped clients achieve a wide range of goals:

My Story

Building Quin Stott Fitness wasn’t always easy. After my playing career ended, I found myself searching for my next challenge. 

During that transition, I rediscovered my passion for fitness—not just as an athlete, but as a coach focused on helping others make meaningful progress.

Since then, I’ve worked with clients across all experience levels, from beginners stepping into the gym for the first time to advanced athletes looking to refine their performance.

Along the way, I’ve learned that the true value of fitness goes beyond physical results—it’s about confidence, mental resilience, and the sense of accomplishment that comes from consistent effort.
