Hi, I’m Quin Stott—a former Division 1 football player turned fitness entrepreneur and online coach. With over a decade of experience in the weight room, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people transform their bodies, their fitness, and their lives.
My journey started on the football field, where I learned the value of discipline, hard work, and the power of a strong mindset. After my playing days ended, I realized that my passion for fitness didn’t end with sports—it evolved into a deep desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. That’s when I made the shift from athlete to fitness coach.

My Story
My transition from Division 1 football to fitness entrepreneurship wasn’t always easy. After my playing career ended, I found myself searching for my next challenge.
It was during this time that I rediscovered my passion for fitness—not as an athlete, but as someone who could help others push their limits and achieve greatness.
I’ve worked with clients of all fitness levels—whether they're beginners stepping into the gym for the first time or seasoned athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.
